Position Description :
1. Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness;
2. Lead the localized content acquisition efforts and establish diversified content network for India products;
3. Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships;
4. Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct executive relationships with key partners.
5. Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations to the management team;
6. Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents (product, engineering, operations, legal and finance etc.)
Position Requirements :
1. 7+ years of experience, with 3 years of direct partner business development experience in telecom, digital media, or internet industry or eCommerce.
2. Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing industry;
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Hunger for challenge and opportunity, rapid learner with entrepreneurial spirits who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
5. Demonstrate ability to think strategically and creatively about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans;
6. Be able to work across multiple time zones.
