Role Summary :
- This is a core leadership role in the sales function. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of relationships and experience working on strategic engagements with the consumer facing companies.
- The core responsibility for this role is the development of institutional relationships that further
the client's growth objectives and align with its mission. These relationships range from specific, opportunistic business relationships to broad strategic alliances.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8+ years of experience with at least 3-4 years in driving partnerships and alliances.
- Proven leadership abilities leading a team.
- Experience working with D2C platforms in India.
- Extensive experience working with partners, channels, and integrators to build strategic programs that drive awareness, demand and sales.
- Ability to inspire and persuasively communicate ideas, overcome obstacles, lead people, compel partners.
- Strong customer and partner focus on establishing and developing long term, lasting relationships that drive revenue. Existing relationships with identified target partners a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience to make an immediate impact.
- Strong experience and expertise leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
