Manager - Strategic Marketing - FinTech (4-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing automation with email, SMS, push notifications for Pinnacle's B2B and B2C products
- Develop email marketing framework for new users and existing customers to drive engagement and conversion
- Work closely with content and design teams to create template for every stage of the customer journey
- Own the KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion rate to track success of the channel Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for team members, senior leaders and other stakeholders
- Lead a team of email marketing experts to grow the channel effectively
Requirements:
- High on Curiousity and Experimentative approach
- 4 years+ experience in a B2B startup focusing on user acquisition Strong experience in building marketing channels like email, whatsapp, SMS in a B2B environment
- Strong, best-in-class knowledge of using marketing automation systems like Hubspot
- Knowledge on user acquisition through events is a plus
- Attention to detail
