Job Description :

Job Title : Manager - Strategic Hiring

Function : Recruitment

Reporting To (Position) : Head - People Management

Work Location : Khairatabad

Shift Time : 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm

A. Key Accountabilities : The position is responsible for :

1. Design and Implement Search Strategy, manage and execute a portfolio of mandates across sectors, functions and levels.

2. Handle end to end recruitment cycle for leadership roles and niche hiring into sales, marketing, HR, finance etc.

3. Work Independently, with high-quality Delivery Capabilities across the entire value chain

4. Map Role Criteria, Design Job Description & Making Reports.

5. Develop relationships with, influence, and manage candidates independently

6. Identify prospective candidates, build out profiles in our database, develop phone and email details, and verify that information.

7. Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidatesand gather market intelligence

8. Extensive high- level interaction with candidates

9. Innovate and solve complex business hiring problems

B. Qualification / Experience :

Qualification : MBA(tier I,II,III)

Experience (Years) : 1 to 5

C. Key Competencies required for the Position :

a. Behavioral :

1. Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Articulation skills

2. Interpersonal Skills / Client Interfacing and Relationship Building skills

3. Influencing skills (the ability to connect, convince and build credibility)

4. Flexibility (Ability to work in unstructured and high pressure environment)

5. Ability to work independently

b. Functional :

1. In-depth knowledge of Industry and sectors

2. Well-honed, high-level facilitation skills

3. Cross-industry knowledge,experience

4. Working knowledge of executive search tools and methodologies

5. In-depth understanding of compensation structures and guidelines
