Job Title : Manager - Strategic Hiring

Work Location : Hyderabad
Shift Time : 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm
A. Key Accountabilities :
- Design and Implement Search Strategy, manage and execute a portfolio of mandates across sectors, geographies, functions and levels.
- Build Domain Expertise, conducting intensive research about the Industries, Companies to develop specialist knowledge & insights of sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector.
- End to end involvement in recruiting leadership/executive/managerial roles
- Work Independently, with high-quality Delivery Capabilities across the entire value chain
- Map Role Criteria, Design Job Description & Making Reports.
- Develop relationships with, influence, and manage candidates independently
- Identify prospective candidates, build out profiles in our database, develop phone and email details, and verify that information.
- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence
- Extensive high- level interaction with candidates
- Innovate and solve complex business hiring problems
B. Qualification / Experience :
Qualification : MBA
Experience : 3 years to 7 years (preferred)

- Cross-industry knowledge,experience
- Working knowledge of executive search tools and methodologies
- In-depth understanding of compensation structures and guidelines
