Manager - Stock Markets - Investigation Department

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Manager (Stock Markets) in the Investigation Department located in Mumbai. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for monitoring trading activities, market movements, pattern and alert analysis, conduct investigation and ensure regulatory compliance of various applicable regulations and circulars.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives 5+ years in trade Surveillance.

- Trade monitoring and Surveillance.

- Identify and analyze different types of market manipulation and market abuse models such as order spoofing, wash sales.

- Conduct investigation and detailed reports.

Should Possess:

- Gathering and analysis of trade and order data.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
