Manager - Statutory Compliance/Wages - Real Estate

Job Purpose:

The resource will be involved in the Statutory Compliances. And resolving issues and answering queries from Employees related to PF and ESI matter.

Responsibilities:

- Submission of PF & ESI monthly challan and returns

- Updation of Monthly PF and ESI registers

- Updation of monthly MIS

- Generation of UAN

- Updation of KYC

- PF transfer/withdrawal

- Generation and issuance ESIC medical card

- Hands-on knowledge of stat bonus and gratuity

- Complete ownership and execution of activities related to Group Medical Insurance Policy and Group Personal Accident Policy

- Salary & wages preparation

- Company project site visit and coordination with site stakeholders

- Organizing PF and compliance related town halls/ all-hands meetings at project sites.

- PF and ESI office visit

- Filing and documentation of PF and ESI register/returns

Specific Measures of Success

- Timely completion of Monthly compliance as per Govt. norms

- 100 percent Employees satisfaction

- On time resolution of Employees queries.

- Creation/preparation of labor law registers
