Job Summary :

1. PROVIDENT FUND : Preparation & Submission of Monthly PF Calculation, PF Challan and Monthly PF Return (Form No 5,10 & 12A) EPFO web portal as per new amendment.

2. Statement IW-1 for International Worker Upload of KYC details of Provident Fund Members and uploading of UAN data Upload of Annexure II details; and upload of digital signatures Preparation of Annual PF Return (Form No 3A and 6A) and submission process.

3. Nomination & Declaration Forms in Form No. 2 (Revised) of the new employees. Assist in preparation of PF withdrawal Forms (19, 10C/10D) and settling their claims Assist in transfer of PF accumulation (Form 13) from one region to another Uploading Data in Database File format, Text & ECR format in CD as per the latest requirement of the R.P.F.C Handling client queries / resolution (Daily) of PF/ESIC/LIC/INCOME TAX Correspondence/Liaison with P.F ESIC & BANK Department Filing of necessary papers and obtaining PF registration code number for new establishment within prescribed time as per Act. Maintenance of all statutory registers required by the PF authorities.

4. All assessment & inspection from EPF department, when required. ESIC Filing of necessary papers and obtaining ESIC registration code number for new establishment within prescribed time as per Act. Preparation & Submission of Monthly ESI Calculation, ESI Challan with respective authorities Online data entry of the Insured Persons on ESI web portal as per new amendment. Online Temporary Identity Card (TIC) Printing.

5. Obtaining Permanent Identity Card (PIC) from the ESI Branch office Preparation of ESIC half yearly return. Maintaining office records To look after various tasks other than official assignment. LABOUR LAW COMPLIANCE Calculation of contribution and deposited along with Form A within prescribed time as per Act.

6. Maintaining statutory register & Contractors Compliance under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 & Rules 1971). Updating regarding new notifications and amendments done by Labour Department.

7. All assessment & inspection from Labour department, when required Reply of Notices etc. from the concern authorities.

8. Maintenance of all statutory registers & submission of form required by the Labour Department Filings as per statutory requirement. Audit : - Conduct monthly Statutory compliance audit of Vendors for Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act- payment made as per schedule employment, PF Act, ESIC Act, Professional Act, minimum leave availed under Shops Act- weekly off observed, overtime, LWF Act. Conduct Quarterly Audit of Principle Employer under PF Act, ESIC Act, Employment Exchange Act, Labor Welfare Fund, Payment of Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act. Shops & Establishment Act compliance knowledge essential.

Computer Knowledge :

- Knowledge of Windows-7, XP, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet & HRMS Software (Complete Payroll Package) etc.
