Manager - Statutory Audit

We are looking for a Manager - Finance ( Statutory Audit) for one of our leading client in Telecom domain for their Finance Assurance team.

Role purpose:

- This team leads all the Finance Assurance and Compliance activities like Governance and Compliance (RGC) and Functional risk management.

- This role requires to assess the quality of Local market's Balance sheet reconciliations and requires to provide clear, consistent and regular feedback to Finance Operations teams.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Accountable for balance sheet reconciliation reviews ensuring high quality and timelines

- Provide clear and regular feedback to FinOps teams in local markets and Shared service centres, to help them improve upon Quality of Financials.

- Supporting excellence and innovation agenda for Balance Sheet Quality Assurance.

To fit the bill you must have:

- 3+ Years of Post Qualification (CA) experience in statutory audit

- Excellent Accounting Knowledge

- Extensive hands on experience in Balance Sheet ledger scrutiny.

- Ability to influence the Finance Operations teams to drive the change management around - Balance sheet reconciliation process

- Extensive hands on experience in performing and leading statutory audits, ledger scrutiny.

- Handled complex business requirements & unforeseen challenges

- Senior stakeholders management skills and impactful communication

- Project management
