Manager - Statutory Audit - Bank

Location: Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.

Join a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm based in Andheri, Mumbai, as a Manager - Statutory Audit.

This role involves leading statutory audits for financial institutions such as banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies.

It is ideal for professionals with a strong background in auditing standards, SEBI regulations, and accounting standards, looking to take on a leadership position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute statutory audits for Banks, NBFCs, and General & Life Insurance companies.

- Develop and manage comprehensive audit plans and schedules.

- Finalize audit reports and coordinate effectively between clients and the firm.

- Manage and mentor articled assistants and associates.

- Assist in preparing client pitches and detailed proposals, including the scope of work.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Experience: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits for Banks, NBFCs, or Insurance.

- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Accounting Standards (including Ind AS), and Auditing Standards.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proven ability to independently handle audits or lead a team.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
