Manager - Staffing/Workforce Management - Management Consulting Firm (7-12 yrs)
Major Responsibilities:
The Staffing and Reporting Manager will be responsible for:
- Collaborate closely with Partners to achieve the optimal balance of deploying consultants to projects and the consultant's development needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the pipeline projects and expected staffing requirements and forecasting pyramid requirements.
Collaborate with global peers to ensure project staffing is achieved on a timely basis.
- Negotiate with Partners to ensure consultant requirements are also considered during the project staffing process.
- Develop consistent reports and communicate with partners and functional heads upcoming capacity and people matters.
- Lead career development meetings for consulting team members to ensure they are being developed through project allocations.
- Ensure core systems are up to date with latest project staffing to ensure relevant reports can be created in a timely basis.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5-8 years' experience in a professional services organization with experience in project staffing.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and business writing capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a face-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; approachable and possessing the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with the team.
- A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive team player.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws in Singapore and Mumbai.
- SAP Experience is required.
