Job Profile:

- Responsible for talent development.

- Should be agile & dynamic person. Very good communication.

- He should carry out development need analysis from an organizational, team and individual perspective.

- Responsible for right diagnosis & analysis for Employee Development

- Should be capable of conducting skill assessment of employees to identify gap areas.

- Responsible for enhancing the capability of employees.

- Responsible for right diagnosis & analysis for Employee Development

- Should prepare Training module for different skill sets as per employee need in a proactive manner.

- Conceptualize the Functional skills development plan

- Communicate business objectives to teams and maintain complete view of learning & talent development programs during the design, development, deployment and evaluation phases in conjunction with the TD CoE at the corporate as well.

- This is a specialised job and needs the person to have connections, knowledge and inclination towards latest in Auto.

- Should be extremely passionate/strategic thought process / proactively be able to conceptualize and implement modern and adult learning solutions such as training online capsules, cascaded training, technology talks, university tie ups, technology entrepreneurs tie ups, workshops, trainings, on the job modules

- Create a differentiating force in the TD area
