Manager/Sr Manager - Marketing Communications

We are looking for a Head Marcom with our MNC Client based at Punjab.

Reports to : Head - Marketing

Department : Marketing

Grade : Manager (Open To discussion)

Exp : 7 yrs - 10 yrs ( above 10 yrs we will not be considering)

Education : MBA from a Premier School

Team Handling Mandatory

Role Purpose:

- The Incumbent is responsible for managing all marketing activities for pay telephony, rural telephony in the circle, advertising, PR, research, event and media agencies, designers product/ pop and VAS vendors, Manpower agencies and alliance partners. Ensuring standardized specs of all visibility and merchandising materials. Responsible for agency Management.

- Maintaining proper controls on production to identify and manage visibility mediums (BTL) for calling cards / Alternate Revenue streams.

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing Communication:

- Position will be responsible for entire Marketing and Communications (Both internal as well as external) for the organization and is One of the Major Custodian of Brands.

Budget:

- Will be responsible for all budgets in this function

Outdoor Advertising activity:

- Planning of all forms of outdoor advertising media & retail Merchandizing (including collaterals, and glow signs)

Media innovation:

- Deploying media innovations. Evaluating outdoor deployment vs competition. Ensuring Logistics of Printing. Custodian of Brand equity.

Events :

- Ensuring Deliverables of all Events.

In House Custodian of Brand:

- Ensure all Internal Communication happen in Brand Template and should make sure that Brand Hygene is Met.
