Urgently Hiring for Legal Manager / Sr Legal Manager - Leading MNC FMCG

- Drafting and Vetting of commercial agreements, leave & license, lease agreements, C&F agreements,

- Contract manufacturing agreements, advertising agreements, marketing agreements, IPR agreements, Co-branding agreements, software agreements.

- Drafting and vetting of schemes and contests.

- Drafting replies to notices, consumer replies, drafting applications, written statements etc.

- Handling issues relating to weights & measures

- litigation management and Property related documentation.

Work Location : Mumbai (candidates willing to relocate Mumbai also welcome for this profile)

No of Positions : 5

CTC : 15 Lkhs to 25 Lkhs

Qualification and Experience :

Candidates preferably LLB from FMCG/MFG/Consumer Durable/Chemical Industry Background
