Manager/Sr Manager - L&D - Global (5-8 yrs)
Urgently looking for Manager/Senior Manager-L&D (Global)
Location: Mumbai
CTC: 20-25 Lakh
Roles and Responsibility
- Plans, executes and delivers L&D strategies and interventions for a country or countries.
- Determining how learning and development solutions are used to achieve long-term business success and add value to meet organizational needs across the division.
- Deep expertise on the culture, priorities and division specific environment.
- Partnering with L&D Solutions leaders to determine the best approaches for executing initiatives.
- Delivering learning solutions including training classes and programs as needed and delivering training curricula to meet employee and organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- MBA (from Premier B-School) only will be preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in L&D, OD.
- Have worked in large corporates with global exposure.
