Manager/Sr Manager - HR - Mfg (8-12 yrs)
- Design and Implementing HR Policies
- Improve organization culture through Suggestion Schemes to make the company a listening & learning organization.
- Responsible for quality people value stream including
- Attract (Recruitment, Selection and Orientation) - Attracting people with the right characteristics who
are trainable and can contribute to the value adding processes.
- Develop (Roles, Training/Coaching) - Developing people so that they have the capability to do quality
work every day.
- Engage (Follow standards, Embrace values, Problem Solving) - Engaging the people so that they go
beyond doing the work to improving how the work is done through rigorous problem solving.
- Inspire (Community/Family, Environment) - Inspiring the people so that they are committed to the
organization and will continue to learn, grow and do their best for the customer and society.
- Prepared annual Training & Development calendar & increased emphasis on developing & retaining talent.
- Resource Management and Planning
- Compensation, Rewards, Recognition and Incentive policies
- Develop and implement strategy for the operations organization under the ambit of the overall strategic plans.
- Build effective working relationships with management and employees to introduce, implement and facilitate innovative solutions that will assist in executing the strategic and business goals.
- Other key functions include Performance Management, Managing Strategic Unit Operations etc.
- Facilitating and partnering with Sales Capability team in conducting monthly assessment.
- Managing Sales Force from corporate
- Drive sales team at regular intervals.
- Support Target and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team.
- Analyzing Incentive effectiveness, Target Vs achievement, advising Incentive for payouts based on various incentive schemes.
- Design & implement Sales Incentive Schemes.
- Partner with HODs and Vertical Heads to ensure incentive parameters are sufficiently stretched to motivate sales team.
- Provide key analytics & indices to top management regarding performers & under performers
