Manager/Sr Manager - HR - EPC (12-20 yrs)

We have an immediate requirement for " Hr Manager / Sr. Manager"(designation is negotiable) with one of the leading EPC company. Company provides solutions in Engineering, Procurement and Construction business with expertise and significant experience in Plant Design.

Qualification: MBA (HR) (Full time) mandatory

Designation: Hr Manager (Mumbai Operating Centre) (Flat organisation structure)

Experience: 15 yrs

Job Location: Andheri (E) Mumbai

Main accountabilities

Manage the entire gamut of HR for the business while reporting to the COO of Mumbai center and functionally reporting to Director India HR, the key responsibilities are:

- Staff planning, Recruitment and Selection.

- Personnel management, incentive and retention policies for the entity.

- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

- Champion HR initiatives and the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies and best practices for the Mumbai office.

- Talent Management- i.e. defining individual plans and paths for the best talents of the region, with the aim of developing and increasing the talent within the region.

- Company organisation, with special reference to the issue of Organizational Provisions and Organization Charts.

- Compensation & Benefits, with particular attention to integrate local and Group-level incentive tools.

- HR consolidated reporting to the Region.

- Ensures implementation of Corporate and Region project and processes such as “HR without border projects” (Jobs Id Project, Performance Appraisal, Retention, People Review, IMC, Succession Plan, Recruitment, etc).

- Identification and enforcement of new managerial development methodologies

- Implementation of the related tools.

- Supervision the International Mobility policies.

- Guarantee correctness of payroll process.

- Is responsible of statutory compliance.

- Ensuring employee communication. Coordination with Corporate Communications for specific projects.

- Supervision over Administration functions of Centre.

- Ensure Health, hygiene and wellbeing of staff.
