Job Description:
Role: Manager/Sr. Manager, social media marketing, Kotak Mahindra Group
Experience: 3-4 years
Reporting to: Associate Vice President, Group Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Key Deliverables:
- Identify opportunities for engaging customers through the social media pages of the group
- Create content for engagement with customers, on an ongoing basis
- Manage social media agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Track competitor activity on social media, and stay up-to-date with new trends and changes in the social media space
Required skills:
- Experience in content creation is a must
- Experience in social media space
- Excellent communication skills, especially writing
