Provide rewards expertise for business

- Build and provide technical expertise around Reward processes

- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the various reward related business requirements through an understanding of the business and their operating model

- Support implementation of global policies and work with business divisions to ensure compliance

- Manage annual salary and bonus process as part of the rewards team

- Support projects like HR integration, organizational structuring, Talent Assessment, Advancement, etc

- Build and develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of business plans to identify Rewards requirements

- Conduct market benchmarking surveys

- Manage the database & MI requirements for rewards with ability to produce high end analytics and Business Intelligence

- Build market intelligence through effective internal and external networks of key contracts to build knowledge of market trends and recommend improvements in reward products and processes
