Manager/Sr Manager - Business Finance/Industry Research - NBFC (4-8 yrs)
Role:
- We need people working in Customer Lending space in NBFC's.
- To lead all business finance and competitive analysis activities for the organisation.
- To be the hub of knowledge and expertise on various businesses and business models in the lending space.
- Set, track, analyse and report business goals across functions and levels in the organisation.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of business finance/industry research experience in the lending space
- Very strong business acumen and strong commercial sense
- Deep expertise in market research and financial statement analysis
- High analytically ability and comfort with numbers and data presentation
- A B Com and a rank chartered accountant or an MBA from a premier institute with strong grounding in Finance
- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ideal candidates would be found in NBFCs specifically consumer lending NBFCs such as Bajaj Finserv, Capital First & Tata Capital and also in research agencies such as CRISIL and ICRA.
