Process Overview

Corporate Treasury (CT) Innovations Team is responsible for identifying the business problems or area of improvements in the business that consists initial screening of all potential ideas, concept assessment, project definition and feasibility assessment, then designing solutions and testing them and once sufficiently tested, implementing and evaluating the solution.

Job Description:

Individual will be a contributing member of the Corporate Treasury Innovations team with engagement in activities like identifying the business problems or area of improvements, identifying the data needed to solve the problem, discussing within the team and decide which would be the best method to be implemented and best automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, UI Path etc.) for designing solution.

Responsibilities

- Individual will be required to assist in performing following responsibilities (this is an indicative list and could vary depending on business priorities)

- Leading identification and implementation of automation and emerging technology solutions in Corporate Treasury. Activities include partnering with business leaders to understand current processes that would benefit from automation, identifying and selecting the technologies to automate processes, and leading the execution to implement the solutions

- Educate Corporate Treasury business process owners on automation and emerging technologies and use cases to apply the technologies to solve business problems

- Lead proof of concepts / pilots to test suitability of technologies in solving business problems

- Summarize, create innovation presentations and present automation key findings, performance and recommendations to senior and executive leadership

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent work experience

- Certifications If Any

Experience Range 7-9 in Process Automation and/or related areas

Foundational skills

- Understanding of automation and emerging technology solutions including data integration and visualization

- Experience understanding business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing technology solutions to remediate inefficiencies

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Brings creative ideas and facilitates effective brainstorming

- Organized and able to work on multiples tasks with limited supervision

- Ability to lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners

- Solid work ethic and willingness to take on new automation initiatives

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Desired skills:

- Designing and implementing end-to-end complex business analytics solutions utilizing software including Tableau, Alteryx & SQL (Must to have), UiPath (Good to have)

- Designing SQLs and assessing relationships of database systems, including performance tuning, SQL design, and data models, using Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, MS Access and/or IBM DB2

- Understanding the previous use of Robotics Process Automation and Machine Learning

- Understanding of banking industry, knowledge of financial products such as loans, deposits etc.
