Job Description: - - Engage deeply at current and upcoming projects on the chemical sectors - Focused sectors - Power, Chemical, Fertilizer, Mining, Desalination - Work effectively across the value chain of project - Customers, Formulators, Owners and Consultants/Engineering Firms - Establish &amp; Interact with key EPC &amp; End Users - Present &amp; Promote Solutions - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals - Formulate and present proposals to buyers &amp; influencers with Techno Commercial discussions at multiple levels. - Promote and establish Industry leading specification and best practices by value selling - Co-ordinate extensively internally and externally to realize business objectives. - Arrange workshops and Seminars across target groups - Customers, End users and EPC - Prepare and execute plan to promote specialty resins to Customers and channel partners - Track &amp;Measure project performance using appropriate systems&amp; tools - Report and escalate to management as needed - Use and continually develop leadership skills - Initiate material conversions - Traditional materials to Composites - Prepare, prioritize, monitor and execute Sales Plan.
