We have 1 very urgent position in one of the best and established retail luggage & travel accessories brand :-

POSITION - Manager - Talent Management

REPORTING : Head HR

LOCATION :- Mumbai ( Andheri )

Ctc - ( negotiable ) ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Job Specification :-

- Conceptualize and implement Talent Management Framework and design interventions, career pathing options for Development and Retention of identified HiPots in consultation with HRBP and Functional Leadership

- Identify, learning needs and define the learning framework and roll-out of the Annual Learning Calendar

- Design and delivery of workshops/ interventions for identified needs and target groups,as applicable

- Re-define Rewards and Recognition program to reinforcea culture of appreciation in the organization

- Define and anchor the Employee engagement programs PAN India to create - sense of pride- in the brand

REQUIREMENTS :

INDUSTRY : Lifestyle products / segment [ ANY ] ; Retail, Ecommerce, Consumer durable ; FMCG, Office Equipments, Telecom, IT hardware ; Any equivalent industry .

- Handled TM, L&D roles earlier in a large organization

- Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs

- Should have 3 to 8 years in companies with matured HR Practices. 3-7 years of experience with organizations, out of which at least 2 years should have been in OD /TM role, with Consulting or any MNC ( preferred ).

AGE : 31years max.

MBA HR from top B school.( full time ).
