Manager/Specialist - Direct Tax - Infra/Renewable/Power - CA

With a strong pan-India presence and projects spread over more than 275 locations.

Ideal Candidate:

A Chartered Accountant with between 4-6 years of work experience strong on direct tax compliance with knowledge of Indirect Taxes, specifically GST.

Expected Required Exposure:

1. Tax Provisioning

2. Positioning of the company's taxation

3. Ensuring tax assessments

4. Knowledge of GST

Core Responsibilities:

As the Direct Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

1) Coordinating and managing the entire direct tax returns filing for the organisation

2) Managing timely tax compliance, handling auditors, appeals and scrutiny

3) Directing the finance team on the computation of tax related entries for the purposes of reporting accurate financial statements

4) Partnering with business closely and regularly to ensure that taxation practices are best in class and management is availing of all opportunities in the market
