Manager - Sourcing & Vendor Development - Lifestyle Brand Industry (10-12 yrs)
- Working closely with the design/product development team for Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to plan, organize and execute a large no of SKUs
- Excellent command over market trends & product SKUs with an extensive experience of handling lifestyle product categories
- A technical know how backed up by design thinking, ensuring that product is sourced to meet customer needs & satisfaction.
- Well-versed in Local/domestic/global sourcing, merchandising, vendor management, cost negotiations, quality, margins & profitability.
- Focus and commitment towards production planning, strong follow-ups and approvals
- Aptly co-ordinating with cross-functional departments for timely deliveries and meeting deadlines on given goal sheets.
Job role involves travel domestically and internationally to evaluate the viability of market opportunities, build factory and supplier relationships, and continuously expand product knowledge/expertise.
Candidate Requirement:-
- Engineering / MBA / NIFT
- From - consumer durable / lifestyle brands / small appliances Industry
- Should have a strong negotiation skill set handling large no of SKUs
- West Zone candidates preferred
