Manager - Sourcing - Recruitment Firm (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that supports the companys growth goals
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, negotiating deals and closing contracts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring the sales team is equipped to sell the latest Products and Service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure sales efforts are aligned with company goals
- Report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelors/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
