Quality Manager - TV/Laptop/Mobile - The work of a Sourcing manager involves collaboration with the Quality, Operations and Finance teams to ensure a holistic outcome at the product delivery. - The engagement of multiple stakeholders in the functional domain within Flipkart enables sourcing managers to focus on various initiatives of cost improvement, product quality and create a deep sense of ownership at every stage of work. About the team : The quality team is responsible to work with the brand and sourcing team for on-time delivery and ensure the meeting of high product quality standards for Flipkart Private Brand products and the highest level of customer satisfaction. What you will need : As a Quality Manager you will be working on: 1. Work with brand and sourcing team to finalize new products specification 2. Define and optimize testing protocol for new product 3. Conduct Supplier assessment, product testing and approval as per the project timeline The role requires collaboration with : 1. Suppliers 2. Labs and inspection agency 3. Internal sourcing team, brand team and after-sales team 4. 5-10 years of experience in quality management of contract manufacturer for laptop, smartwatch, tablet, smartphone, feature phone or iOT products 5. Engineering background with experience of supplier audit, product testing, manufacturing process control and rich quality awareness such as FMEA, APQP, 8D and etc. 6. Fluent in writing and speaking Chinese and English, able to communicate efficiently in English on phone conference calls with many participants. 7. Teamwork oriented, proactive working attitude, strong leadership capability and fast-pace learning skills
