Job Description :

- Candidate will be responsible for driving end to end selection of the Private label across multiple verticals in Fitness and sports Category (Includes Gym Equipment, Bicycles etc)

- Responsibilities will include working closely with multiple teams including Private label brand managers, private label quality and category managers of respective verticals to identify the right selection and the right suppliers to bring that selection for the private label

- Working with other cross-functional teams to resolve any roadblocks that come along the way

- Build a sound understanding of product quality in different verticals and ensuring the right quality through suppliers for the entire selection

- Identify and grow the right suppliers in every vertical through extensive data analysis and effective business development initiatives

- Drive growth of the private label in the BU through planning and executing aggressively

- Business acumen and decision making : Strong orientation for learning and quickly grasp business nuances. Ability to make decisions based on sound data analysis and business understanding

- Experience in Sourcing for a min of 6 Years
