Manager - Sourcing - Cosmetics/FMCG

We have an opening as a Manager Sourcing-Beauty with one of our client.

Experience required : 5+years into beauty / cosmetics / personal care product segment as a buyer / sourcing manager.

Job Description :

- Identifying the right vendor who are capable of delivering products meeting our quality, cost and MOQ requirements

- Develop a vendor base that can work with small quantities and short lead times.

- Maintaining healthy relationship with vendors. Helping them understand our vision, what we stand for and how we can grow mutually

- Responsible for on time PO issuance and competitive credit terms.

- On time delivery of samples and Photo shoot samples

- On time in full (OTIF) delivery of products at the warehouse as per agreed time lines

- Achieve gross margin target as per company standards

- Work very closely with other teams by presenting new upcoming or prevailing ideas in industry on regular basis and should also give suggestion or ideas about new technologies or new products.

- Will be responsible for following relevant Chumbak sourcing processes and also take care of import documentation as required.

- Training and mentoring the QC team to maintain high quality standards consistently.
