Manager - Sourcing - BPO (8-12 yrs)
A LEADING CAPTIVE UNIT IS LOOKING FOR MANAGER - SOURCING.
Position Title: MANAGER - SOURCING
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: MBA
Willing to work in US Shift
- Assume line mgmt responsibility of 3-4 Operations Leaders with a Span of about 30-40 Procurement Specialists/Sr. Procurement Specialists who provide Sourcing & Procurement Support to Buy Team
US Plant Sites.
Which involves:
- Providing Buying Support for US Sites handling Spot Purchases using broader knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Applications.
- Provide Expediting Support to US Sites
- Serve as the Second escalation point within the team and for Internal Clients & Suppliers
- Work closely with the Quality Team to improve the efficiency / quality of the work
- Management & Development of the Procurement Operations Leaders & Specialists, including performance & career management.
Skill Sets/Experience:
- Overall atleast 10 plus Yrs of experience in Sourcing & Procurement Domain in BPO with atleast 2 Yrs in handling People Managers.
