Manager - Source To Pay - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
Source to Pay Manager
Your Responsibilities:
- Accountable to manage and review the work of an outsourced service provider that supports the Source to Pay team
- Accountable for developing transition plan for the outsourced service provider, monitor progress and resolve roadblocks
- Accountable for developing training plan for outsourced service provider with measurable metrics and monitor progress; desktop procedure creation plan, review progress and assist in review and sign off
- Partner with central/local procurement to implement policy, process, or technology changes with the support of 3PSP
- Lead various ERP testing cycles (SIT, UAT) for the work stream, assist in clearing roadblocks
- Drive adherence to ekaterra Control Framework.
- Accountable for outsourced service provider performance management, KPIs review and feedback; Work as escalation point of contact, review root cause analyses, and ensure solutions are implemented
- Identification of transformation and process improvement projects, develop project plans and drive the projects with clear and effective communication strategy
- Drive best in class customer/user/supplier experience
- Mentor team members for higher performance

- Third party service providers (3PSPs)
- Process Excellence & Capabilities (PEC) team
- Corporate Audit team
