This role is all about collaborating with various departments to develop propositions for our services, to inspire the Sales Team and lead the team of Sales professionals to sell our services to international markets. Skills &amp; Background required : - BE/ BTECH &amp; MBA mandatory - Should have experience in doing outbound sales for IT companies of 200 - 5000 people for enterprises in BFSI - Should have met revenue targets of 5 Mn $ - 10 Mn $. - Responsible for acquiring new accounts - Responsible for preparing the proposals for the sales and preparing in RFPs, RFQs and RFIs. - Respond to queries raised by prospective Clients (mandatory). - Sales and Business Development in IT solution/ Services Space. - Familiarity with sales process automation tools. - Prospect/ Customer/ Market need Analysis
