Manager - Solution Design - Supply Chain Process

1. Design cost effective, operationally feasible solutions that meets requirement.

2. Provide fit-for-purpose and client specific warehouse & transportation solutions

3. Costing solutions & working with operations to ensure delivery of solutions to the customer, according to the solution budget

4. Supply Chain re-designing and Business Process Re-engineering for existing customer by applying ASIS study, Time & Motion Study, VSM, and RCA

5. Creating supplier base for various procurement of warehouse assets

6. Track of customer & supplier agreement

7. Performing Internal Audits in various warehouses in India with Business Excellence Team

8. Should have experience of developing JIT/ I2M/ Line feeding/ After markets solutions for automotive customers and packaging development

9. Effectively use various solution tools such space model, resource model, productivity tool for space sizing and resource calculation

10. Strive to be competent in solution design

11. Support business development team in achieving organization goals
