Manager - Solution Architect - Life Cycle & Healthcare - BPO/ITeS (12-15 yrs)

- Should be a driver and manage communication with senior stakeholders and manage wide variety of people
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills needed
- Candidate should be able to explain complex financial issues, delivery risks to senior stakeholders
- Domain - Life science & Health
- Exp should be either in Life science or Health
- Life science: should have exp in Pharmacovigilance or Regulatory operations or Clinical data management/Operations
- Health - Health Admin (Claims) Or revenue cycle OR payer / Provider experience management
- Financials : should have good understanding of cost structures, what drives profitability, they should understand finance commercial models (time & material, Fixed price & unit price)
- Should have innovation mindset, applying Automation & Technology & should be a good story teller and manage due diligence
