- 8 - 13 years of software sales experience, Selling SaaS for SMB Vertical would be preferred. - Drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. - Building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the SMB market. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. - Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Experience in cloud sales or solutions sales would be preferred.
