Position: Software sales Manager.
Experience: 1+ years.
Location: Hyderabad.
Salary: up to 10LPA.
Responsibilities.
- Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.
- Researching key contacts of Architects MEP Consultants PMC for Commercial Real.
- Estate projects.
- Generating own leads and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure).
- Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies use cases etc. ) to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Creating client demos/ presentations quotes/ proposals.
- Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM.
- A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets.
We & rsquo re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience of 1+years in IoT and SaaS industry selling products/solutions to various stakeholders such as the architects MEP consultants and PMC community.
- Has experience of working directly with Facility managers consultant architects design & build HVAC consultant lighting consultant PMC and Specify our products solutions getting necessary approvals.
- Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field environment.
- Has knowledge of the technical specifications procurement process decision making criteria processes used in the industry etc.
- Team player with excellent oral & written communication presentation skills and must be able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
- Well organized analytical detail-oriented and quality-minded able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
