Social Media Manager


Job Responsibilities:


1) Develop and manage social media platforms, effectively expand audiences and increase brand awareness and brand footprint

2) Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

3) Strategize, plan and conceptualize creative content campaigns and uploaded for company on various channels and social media platforms [Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other relevant platforms]

4) Explore opportunities on what content pieces can be leveraged for Short format platforms as and when required like MXTakaTak, Josh etc.

5) Create a Social Media Calendar for the Brand, experiment with different images and demographic combination to improve brand awareness and generate like/clicks for the projects

6) Maintain posting schedules across all online platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter on daily basis - Build creative campaigns to increase community and increase conversions

7) Act as the Point of contact for agency and inhouse creative resources in social media management matters

8) Explore and lead influencer marketing campaigns as and when required on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram & twitter etc.

9) Coordinate with external Agencies for all the Social Media related activities as and when required

10) Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimize click-through and conversion rates.

11) Set specific objectives and report on ROI Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube handles of our brands

Required Skills:

- Proven work experience as a Social media manager

- Hands on experience in content management

- Excellent copywriting skills

- Ability to deliver creative/Dynamic content (text, image and video)

- Excellent knowledge Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Twitter

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

- Familiarity with web design

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- Possess knowledge of new techniques of digital marketing

- Experience in handling a fundamental level, influencer marketing campaigns
