We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to create engaging and relevant content and concepts for one of the iconic clients. As part of the Digital and Social Media team, you will be responsible in supporting the creation of original text for video content, social posts, website editorial content and eCRM. You will manage client's company image in a cohesive way, exciting and relevant way engaging with the client creatively to achieve their marketing goals. Key responsibilities: - All day-to-day management and participation for Client's social media properties (such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs), including producing regular posts and content, moderation, outreach and any other appropriate duties. - Building a close and trusted working relationship with the client and partner agencies to ensure effective execution of content strategy - Presents content strategies, insights and optimization plans to clients - Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing optimization of content strategies - Prepare reports on key analytics and insight in order to evaluate campaign performance and feed into strategy decision-making. - Evaluates third-party tools and industry trends within relevant social channels - Working with Clients and partner agencies to implement a rigorous approach to evaluation which demonstrates the business impact of social media projects. Requirements: - 4 plus years experience in Social Media out of which 2 years at a supervisor/managerial level within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment. - A strong knowledge of Social Media Analytics will allow you to track growth and optimise campaigns to encourage further growth and engagement. - Your strong written and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively manage key stakeholders - Strategy & Planning ? You will need to outline goals, define your target audience and know what platforms. - Understand and advise on content - Understand and run how to make content move across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,YouTube and the other social networks. - Social Trends / Formats - be on top of the latest digital marketing trends and potential formats to drive meeting clients objectives and get the most out of content and creative ideas - Knowledge about paid social and analytics
