Manager - Social Media - Media (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations including conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating content, coordinating with the creative team, writing editorial copy, planning promotions & contests, etc.
- Manage the companies presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
- Actively collaborate with the Marketing, PR & Category management teams to strategize and implement innovative social media campaigns.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in social media. Preferably from Digital media agency background.
- Knowledge of blogging ecosystem
- Strong project management/organization skills
- Passion for writing and an eye for creative detail
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written skills (Proficiency in Telugu is a must).
- Ability to take full ownership of areas of responsibility, and proactively conceptualize campaigns.
