The role reports into the Head - Brand & Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the overall marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire fans.
- Develops social media marketing plans for each category brands and directing promotional support.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
- Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics and keep a track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with category teams, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency across.
- Ensure the brand communicates with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager, and digital marketing.
- Hands on experience in content management and a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
- Understanding in Google Analytics and an ability to gather insights from the campaigns
- Analytical and multitasking skills with customer focus.
- MBA in Marketing or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
