Key responsibilities : - Offer support and guidance to 24x7 Global Social Media team. Ensure that any potential brand protection and governance issues are appropriately escalated, prioritized and communicated - Regular real-time online monitoring to ensure that organization's social media footprint is protected from hackers, rogue use and impostor branded social media accounts - Governance and protection across Group's corporate entity social media accounts, including password management, 2FA configuration and native access controls - Management of our social media governance tools, looking for opportunities to expand their usage and performance - Supporting the proposal reviews for and creation of new brand social media accounts and the addition of apps/features, ensuring policies and procedures are followed by all parties. - Support the Senior Social Media Insights and Governance Manager in reviews of social media policies, guidance and operational procedures - Communicate and liaise with team members, internal stakeholders and 3rd party platforms and vendors for support and consultancy related to social media governance software, tools and processes - Ensure that all active mailboxes, Confluence pages, Monday boards and Social Media Portal content are fully operational and up to date - Manual and automated routines to identify non-compliant activity on social media accounts, profile information, and permitted use of 3rd party apps - Implement measurable global social media controls across the business lines and functions - Submit takedown requests for "fake" impersonator accounts ofentities and senior management. - Regular reports of social media governance related incidents e.g. account takedown activity, employee escalations, 3rd party apps and user access requests - Answer requests received in the "Social Media Governance" & "Social Media Approvals" Inbox and within the Governance section of JIRA. - Manage requests to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter to take down fake Social Media accounts, pages and content that may cause significant brand damage - Communication and training for new team members on Social Media governance, as required - Implement annual surveys to measure satisfaction with Global Social Media Insights & Governance team - Management of Insights & Governance Analyst, with 1-1s, feedback and development sessions with support to fulfil responsibilities - Oversight of all governance activities managed by the team, such as user access reviews, process documents and annual training
