Manager - Social Media - Internet/Online (6-9 yrs)

What You will Do :
- You will bring our brand to life by connecting with our customers and building content that resonates with them.
- Brainstorm and device unique social media strategies with little, to no direction to build brand relevance.
- Digging into dashboards and fishing out insights that help unravel our audience should be second nature.
- Setting up benchmarks and monitoring social media campaigns.
- Our calendar needs a wardrobe upgrade. You will obviously own that effort.
- Influencing us with your ideas is just the first step. You also need to identify influencers to grow reach and build a network of advocates.
- Our competition is obviously cut-throat. So watch them like a hawk.
- Track our brand reputation online by listening, monitoring and obviously jumping in to manage our rep.
- Ensure all content/ concepts across channels is on brand and adhere to brand guidelines and tonality
Who You Are :
You need to be XL not just in life, but online as well. We need someone who excels in driving brand awareness, engagement and positive brand sentiment online.
- Have 6+ years of managing social media. Lesser work ex is acceptable if your social media portfolio does all the talking.
- The devil is in the details. You should be able to push a good creative to one that's excellent.
- You should be able to come up with social media campaigns in your sleep.
- Insights. Insights. Insights. Truly data and numbers should be your best friends.
- Sniff out social media trends and phenomenons and beat our competition to it.
- You should be able to slip into our customers' shoes and be able to intuitively make decisions that are aligned with their social media consumption patterns.
- Quick, witty, updated and ahead of the curve is who you are.
