What does this role hold for you?
- Building analytical frameworks for Customer Segmentation and Profiling, Improving LTV (Lifetime Value) of customers, Reducing attrition rate, Campaign effectiveness measurement (A/B testing)
- Google Analytics, Facebook Marketing Tools, Programmatic Ad buying, Flurry Competitor analysis, Improving Customer Experience, Customer Life Cycle Measurement Figuring out at which stage of lifecycle our customer and improving their engagement with our app using various techniques.
- Figuring out the buyer persona of our customers through analyzing various data available internally in the database
- Creating various Ad Sets and optimizing them using interest targeting as well as Custom/lookalike audiences
- ROI analysis on Ad Set level and tweaking the budget/audiences of various Ad Sets
Apply if you have :
- 3+ yrs of hands-on experience and knowledge on various business intelligence and analytical tools such as - AppsFlyer/Branch, MySQL, Statistical Modelling and Analysis, MS- Excel
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar products
- Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize for self and others
- Keen eye for detail and understanding of budget restraints
- Self-Starter/demonstrates initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication and decision-making skills
