- Develop the social media strategy to drive adoption and engagement
- Ideate, develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Develop and Manage Online Reputation Management for the brand
- Own targets on adoption, engagement, efficiency, customer sentiment and response rates.
- Build and report metrics and areas of improvement.
- Work with cross functional teams i.e. content acquisition, internal marketing, and designers for campaign execution.
- Writing & editing social media content, video scripts, and other write-ups for different media.
