We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for designing our social media strategy and working with teams, both internal and external agencies, to bring it to life. This person will be responsible for delivering measurable business impact through social media marketing and engagement.

Overview of Role and Requirements:

- End to end ownership of social brand channels and strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Quora, You Tube and others, including execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis.

- Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels.

- Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings.

- Be the business POC for social media customer service team. Constantly improve processes to maintain a high-bar on customer interactions and satisfaction.

- Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices.

- Expand the brand presence on emerging and IN-specific social platforms.

Key responsibilities:

- You will plan, develop, launch and optimize all paid/organic digital activities to drive inbound lead and trial acquisition.

- Monitor, measure, analyze, and report on all digital marketing performance.

- Provide dedication to Growth Marketing and Agile Marketing Teams, doing continuous testing and iteration of new ways to get quality leads into both eCommerce and sales funnels.

- Perform in-depth analysis and insight into key metrics, provide recommendations for improving and scaling customer acquisition efforts.

- Manage digital budget research, drive, and influence the adoption of new modern marketing tactics and channels across the Growth organization.

- Implement marketing plans that accelerate the achievement of account team goals and which include an integrated approach of both online and offline tactics such as live and virtual events, digital assets and campaigns, social/ paid media campaigns, email campaigns, content marketing campaigns etc.

- Source any required research to accelerate the account team knowledge and insight about the customer/ industry.

- Manage account marketing budget and work with Content teams and external media agencies to execute campaigns and tactics.

- Develop custom messaging and assets as needed to drive the development of custom 1:1 account marketing programs which address specific customer challenges.

The Successful Applicant:

- 2-5 years of B2B/B2C marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams, Field Marketing and Content Marketing.

- Experience in digital campaign management.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- You understand your audience(s) and know what to say and, more importantly, how to say it.

- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing and negotiating skills.

- Prior experience working with geographically distributed marketing teams to develop digital campaigns understanding of a Modern B2B/B2C Buyer's Journey.

- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics and BI platforms.

- Track record of managing programs, time and people efficiently.

- The data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization.

- Google [Ad words/Analytics], Hubspot [Content/Inbound Marketing] and/or Facebook ads

certification is an added advantage.
