We- re looking for a Social Media Strategist/Manager that will help Company build a community of engaged users who find value from not just the product but what Company stands for: changing the status quo in health insurance.
What you will do:
- Think analytically and do things creatively. Create actionable plans for growth on social media through quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Monitor Even's social media accounts and engage with users to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Develop a social media calendar and campaigns to meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as social media influencers to build a community of brand ambassadors.
- Keep a consistent brand personality through copy, tone of voice and terminology.
- Create monthly progress reports and implement insights.
What you will need:
- You will have had at least 3 years of social media experience in a startup, digital marketing agency or top consumer brands.
- Experience using Google Analytics and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Later etc.
Nice to have:
- Experience with healthcare brands.
- Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in pop culture, finance, investment, sports and insurance.
