Education Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Experience & Skills: - 6 Plus years experience in social media management - To develop creative and engaging social media strategies - To manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels - Work with internal team (creative and design) to finalize the creative route and drive execution - Work with cross-functional teams i.e., content acquisition, internal marketing, and designers to seek buy-in on plan and drive execution - To develop, launch and manage new campaigns - Own adoption, engagement and efficiency targets - Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising h) To plan and drive influencer relationships across the social media platforms - Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns - Do extensive research on the creatives and advertisements that other consumer brands are creating to draw on best practices - Keep up to date with the latest trends in technology and social media, including researching and evaluating a variety of online social media tools / Platforms CTC can go up to 15 to 18 Lacs PA
