Social Media Manager (DJI products)
We are looking for Social Media Manager (DJI products) in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai,
Experience : 5+ Year in DJI followers
Responsibilities:
- Develop overall social media and digital marketing strategy and plans as well as relevant budgets
- Create and execute plans to grow and maintain DJI followers through relevant social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter engaging them with relevant and compelling content, enhancing brand awareness and buying preference
- Work with / get input from DJI's global marketing team to ensure brand consistency in tone, voice and terminology and leverage ideas from other markets
- Create and implement relevant social media campaigns to enhance awareness and drive sales, collaborating with EC or offline retailers as appropriate
- Supervise social media interaction between customers and the brand, and ensure a positive customer service experience on
- Educate buyers on the full range of DJI products, including accessories
- Take oversight of search engine optimization
- Track and report progress on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of social media management experience
- Degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
- Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- General knowledge of search engine optimization and internet ranking for web content
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to create unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Ideally, experience in drones or photographic equipment and the semi-professional and professional user communities
