Manager - Social Media - EduTech (2-6 yrs)
About Our Client: Leading EduTech Brand of India
Key Responsibility:
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
- Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.
- Explore emerging social media platforms and/or first-mover opportunities with existing platforms
- Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results
- Create compelling brand stories that help in lead generation
- A market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the ed-tech players in the market.
- New Program Release - Assist with the product roadmap, plan and lead go-to-market activities and help create strategies for expansion
- Offer key insights for improving programs to enhance results
- Work with cross-functional teams like sales, product, operation and identify scope for branding and communication
- Manage a team of competent marketing professionals and take ownership of overall marketing deliverables
Qualification:
MBA preferable
Experience: 2 - 6 years of relevant work experience preferably in consumer marketing space
