Social Media Manager
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for content planning, creation & deployment on all Social Media Channels for all business verticals.
- Understanding business requirements defining social media marketing plan to support business and fulfill their requirements
- Working with Digital Acquisition & marketing teams to ensure end to end digital campaign management
- Studying and Reporting Website Analytics
- Tracking Brand Metrics (Reach & Engagement) & sharing regular updates to measure impact on social media activities on Brand Sentiment & Digital Business
- Tracking the competitive landscape
- Aligning IT & Digital Product teams to support digital sales & marketing initiatives
- Working with Product team to promote - in focus- products consistently
- Creating new product or Investor education communication as per the business requirement to be promoted across Social & Digital Media
